The lodge met in Regular Session Worthy Master E. V. Debs in the Chair the minutes of the previous meeting were Read and approved
Applications for Membership

Reports of Committees
The Committee to whom was Refered [sic] the application of Edward Shea Reported favorable Signed Henry Stakesman H Johnson & G Fillbrick on motion the Report was Received and the committee discharged
The Ballot being spread Ed Shea was declared Elected a member of Vigo lodge N^o16 B of L F. also James Jones

Admission of Candidates
Ben M^cKeen James Jones and Geo Thomas being in waiting in the Ante Room wer [sic] duly admitted as members of Vigo lodge N^o16 B of L F

The Committee appointed at the last Regular Meeting to draw up Resolutions on the death of Bro Geo Young The Resolutions were Read and adopted Signed By the Committee

The following Bills were allowed To Insurance on furniture $6⁴⁰ Hall Rent for 1^st quarter $31²⁵ To stationary for Secretary Letter Heads and Envelopes $5²⁵⁷ Gas Bill for 3 months $3⁴³ Letter Heads Notices of Elections & Note Heads $1⁷⁵
The Grand Secy & Tres quarterly Report was Read Received and placed on file

Bro Frank Jones was allowed his dues and assessments until he gets able to pay his dues Bro Miller asked for assistance to help him to make a trip to some springs for his health and it was suggested and approved that Bro Miller ask for total disability the P.M. was instructed to notify him as such
Mr Hustes was allowed 30 days more to make his appearance for Initiation His Request was granted

There being no further business the lodge closed in Regular form
